Automate Text Box Updates in SP Online?

Hello. I have a text web part in a page on SharePoint that contains a "Quote of the Day". This is to be updated daily with a new quote. I was wondering if it's possible to have this done automatically by going through a large list of quotes? I've looked into Python and Selenium and it seems like it might be possible using those tools.

    I will recommend you to use PowerApps.
