do non compliant devices receive feature update in Intune?

Hi, if any device is non compliant in Intune and we push feature update on user. will the device receive the feature update.

You don't lose the ability to manage the device just because it is non-compliant. Non-compliance will require the user to fix the compliance. User may lose access to corporate if you have a CA policy enforced to restrict access to compliant devices only.

Based as I know, non-compliant devices can also receive the feature update. If you are deploying the update via feature update policy, you can check if all the prerequisites are met.
