1. From within the call click on the rectangle with an arrow pointing up (this should be next to the leave button)
2. Select which screen you want to share if you have more than one or which app specifically you want to share.

If you want to share a Powerpoint presentation I would just share the whole screen but be mindful that anyone can see whatever you have on your screen.
