My account work properly in Azure Portal but when I want to publish in VStudio appear my account signed properly in right top angle but ignore my account...Next button is Off and request me to Create New or sigh in...I have published app 2 days ago NOProb

My account work properly in Azure Portal but when I want to publish via Visual Studio to Azure appear my account signed properly in right top angle but ignore my account...Next button is Off and request me to Create New or sigh in...I have published app 2 days ago without problems. My MSSQL Database is on Azure server and work properly when I connect from Visual Studio without publishing.

Please try to sign out Visual Studio and close VS, restart VS and sign in VS then test again.
Make sure that the account is the correct Azure account that you are using to publish the application.
Besides, if you click
Sign In, what will happen?
