How to make someone Local Administrator in Window Server? How to give the the right Access?

So there is a group of 6 member, just like teacher and students, so I am planning to give teacher the local admin permission so she have full access to her computer and students computer, so what permission should I give her and how to make her account local admin of a group?

    If you do not have AD Domain, and looking for local accounts check this steps over here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-server-2008-R2-and-2008/cc770642(v=ws.10)

    Also I will suggest to implement some security so the accounts are not misused so check the security and prevention steps - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/identity-protection/access-control/local-accounts
