requirements.txt doesn't work in Azure Function- ModuleNotFoundError

Hello,
I try to run a python script in an azure function. Thereby I have to import mysql connector. Somehow I always get the error message, that the module could not be loaded. And I can't find a solution... Appended are the imports, the requirements.txt file and the error code.
