Quick Assist App and Web can not connect to Microsoft servers

I cannot connect to the Microsoft server using the Quick Assist App or the web link in Windows 10. When I change the public IP of the network egress, the problem is solved. We suspect that Microsoft's firewall has added our public IP to the blacklist?

Can you guys help to check the firewall?

    Hello there,

    You need to ensure is that your IP Address is not on one of the general Block lists which can easily occur in a shared environment. Since you are the provider, you will have to determine which one of your users is causing any given IP address to end up on a Block list .
