How to fix window10 stuck issues?

Hi, I recently upgrade to window 10 but it's not working smoothly. Can anyone suggests me how to fix this issue? Thanks

    Please check hardware per-requisite of windows, as you said you have upgraded to windows 10.

    There might be hardware is not supported to windows 10.
