I Would like to know if it's possible:

  • VM "live" on the costumer site
  • VM replication on the second costumer site on / in campus /
  • VM repplicate (extended) Azure

Thank you

Andrea

    Hello @Andrea Ciciliano

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A platform.

Yes, it is possible to replicate Azure Stack HCI VMs to Azure using Azure Site Recovery. You can follow the steps outlined in the following document:

Replicate Azure Stack VMs to Azure using Azure Site Recovery(ASR)

The above document provides a comprehensive guide on how to set up disaster recovery to Azure for Azure Stack VMs with the Azure Site Recovery service.

Please note there isn't any documented or certified process to replicate azure StacK VMS to a secondary site. It is important to note that Azure Stack is a hybrid cloud platform, and replicating VMs to a secondary site requires a thorough understanding of its architecture and networking requirements. It is recommended to consult with Azure Stack experts or Microsoft support to ensure a successful replication process in any scenario other than a ASR
