Hello @Marcelo Jardim
When you move your Azure subscription to a different tenant, your subscription is essentially transferred to a new Azure AD directory. This can sometimes result in the loss of promotional credits and free services associated with your original subscription.
To verify this, you can check the "Usage + charges" tab in the Azure portal to see if any charges have been incurred since you moved your subscription to the new tenant. If charges have been incurred, it is likely that your promotional credits and free services have been used up.
As you have transferred you subscription from Tenant1 to Tenant2, you would need to make sure that Global Administrator of Tenant1 is added as owner to the subscription and add that user to Tenant2 as a guest user. After adding the guest user, you would need to assign the user with Global Administrator role in Tenant2 as well.
- If you want to keep the current billing ownership, follow the steps in Associate or add an Azure subscription to your Azure Active Directory tenant.
- If you want to also transfer the billing ownership, follow the steps in Transfer billing ownership of an Azure subscription to another account. To transfer the subscription to a different directory, you must check the Subscription Azure AD tenant check box.
