The pipeline failed with "InternalServerError executing request". How to fix it?

The pipeline is designed to execute a Python code notebook. However, it keeps failing with the "InternalServerError executing request" error message, regardless of whether it is triggered by Trigger or Debug. Previously, the pipeline ran successfully, but it has been failing consistently after I stopped it once. I did not make any changes during the period when it was stopped.
What's odd is that I can manually run the code successfully, but it fails when triggered by Trigger or Debug.
Can you help me fix this?

I understand your Synapse notebook fails to start when called from a pipeline, yet completes when run directly.
Given you changed nothing, and the error sounds like 500, I don't think this is user caused.
Can you ping me on teams, then we can figure whether this is related to an ICM or whether to open support ticket.
