Trigger for uploading a file to teams

Question

I am looking to create a simple error log for my department. I am looking to have an automated email blast in outlook when a file is uploaded to a certain teams channel. Power Automate seems like the easiest app to use but I cannot find an option to trigger when a file is uploaded to teams. Is there anyway to accomplish this task?
