Hi,

I have recently created an Azure AD B2C Tenant resource, but when I try to switch back to Default Directory I receive:

Access is blocked by the organisation

I am owner of both directories, so not sure how i would be blocked?

    Hi @Steven Brooks ,

Thank you for your post. As I understand you have been blocked from accessing your default Azure AD tenant and are seeing the error, "Access is blocked by the organisation."

Is it possible that you (or someone else) have configured any cross-tenant access policies which may have resulted in this issue? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/external-identities/cross-tenant-access-settings-b2b-collaboration

If you remember the UPN for the account that you used to sign up, you can visit aka.ms/sspr and reset the password to regain your access. (example: user@tenant .onmicrosoft.com)

If these steps do not help, feel free to post back and we can connect and discuss this further.
