Cannot reach Server by RDP from APPLE MAC

Hi my name is Martin

I am unable to connect to my remote server (Windows) from my Mac, running Ventura V13.1

I am repeatedly receive a error message as shown below and cannot move forward, I am being told that Apple say it is a Microsoft compatibility issue. Please advise.... very frustrating

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to RDP from Apple MAC.

1. Please try to Uninstall RDP App from your MAC then Reboot your computer.
2. Update your MAC computer with Latest version.
3. Install RDP app again from Apple store -> Open RDP App -> Go into preferences and turn off hardware acceleration.
