Bookings Best Practices: pages per team or per organization?

My company has started using Bookings. I would like to know if it's better to use one booking page for the whole organization with different services for each team, or, have separate booking pages for each team with their services listed. What do other users do? What are the disadvantages of doing one vs the other?

I'd like to get feedback before I start this project.

    The tag microsoft-graph-customer-booking is specifically for Graph API.
