When Excel disables Macros, does this also apply to the hidden ones?

I had a notification on an Excel file, that macros have been blocked. This is fine, but does it also block the hidden ones?

    Did you mean you set the Disable all macros with notification in Excel?

    If yes, this option works for all macros in Excel, include the hidden macros.
