I currently have a hotmail account that i use through Outlook for Mac (Version 16.7).
Despite blocking the source email (which is a real email and domain) I am still receiving Spam daily into my inbox.
I have attached an image of the source data for the email. One of the email addresses in the source data is service@mightyape.co.nz which is a real email address from a large retailer in NZ Despite blocking this emails continue to come through. Interesting to note that there is no email shown when the emails appear in my inbox (as you can see in attached screenshot).
For addresses that i have listed as 'trusted/safe' they are also now going to Junk.
I am not technical so any advice in layman's terms is appreciated.
