Microsoft blocks my IP address when sending from my businessaccount

<Email removed for privacy>

According to my internetprovider microsoft thinks that my mails are spam and therefore blocks my IP address. They suggested finding out why that happens and to ask to unblock my IP address

     Hi @ Christel Desmet

    When you send an email, do you receive the following NDR?

    550 5.7.511 Access denied, banned sender[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]

    If so, you could use the delisting portal to remove yourself from the blocked senders list:

    Remove yourself from the blocked senders list and address 5.7.511 Access denied errors - Office 365 | Microsoft Learn

    Moreover, if the above is not your scenario or I have misunderstood anything, please correct me and provide us with detailed information about the issue including the screenshot so that we can better understand to further assist you.
