Hi,

I've recently changed my phone and transferred the Microsoft Authenticator app on the new mobile due to MFA. Now the old mobile device is factory reset and later I found out that only my main tenant was transferred. Now when I try to sign in to the B2C I'm only left with two options: Verify a code and approve a request. Both of them requires to have tenant connected to the auth app.

All users that are tenant admin have the same issue.

How can we rescue this B2C tenant?

Thanks in advance for your help and support.

@FilipAtanasovski-2697 , for this the only option is to call up the support desk and log a call for the tenant recovery. I had similar issue with B2C tenant and had to go through verification process with the MS agent, so you will need a valid email address and some form of identification that you own the tenant, such as custom domain names you have etc.

    Hope this helps.
