Adminstrator account and support

Question

Hi,

I am trying to add my developpers team to my Azure project.

When trying to add users, the page is blocked telling me that I don't have the permission.

I am logged in with the same account that i used to create the project.

So why is it blocked?

On top of that, when trying to create a support request, it just loads indefinitly.

I tried on multiple computers and the problem is always the same.
