App shows “not playable on this device" in the store of Xbox

Recently some of the apps I published can’t install on Xbox, showing “not playable on this device”.

They can be searched and bought in the Xbox store, but it will say “not playable on this device” when checking out.

After paying, they can’t be downloaded and installed directly, only from my owned app library. After installation, they can work normally.

This has never happened before, and there is no problem in the PC store, which also shows that these apps support Xbox. One of the app id is 9NPWBH9HTSTW.

Hey! im also worried about this new message that its showing me when i tried to buy the diablo 3 or evil prime version shows a message that never seen before and didn't had it says " not playable on this device " im concerned if there's a new update that makes the game only for pc players? or is it still going on xbox series? because of this i don't know if i should buy it now i don't want to lose my money and i seen a lot of posts about people that didn't make the purchase of the right version of the game since there's xbox one and series x, s, so this is kinda confusing all of this currently researching if diablo3 is still playable on xbox series , if anyone know i will preciate the update , peace!
