When creating a project it shows this error message, "microsoft visual studio the system cannot find the file specified (exception form hresult: 0x80070002"

    Which version of Visual Studio are you using? What is your project type? Please create new projects and verify if it occurs in specific project or not. 

    You can update your VS to the latest version and start vs in safe mode to check if the installed extensions affect or not.
