Is there some history here? Device Manger or the disk contents them self may also provide some clues.

Hi guys,
I have a Hyper-V generation 1 virtual machine with Windows Server 2012 R2 inside.
On the screenshot below you can see two disks (C and K).
However, K disk is not listed in VM settings, Disk Management and Diskpart.
I don't know how it is possible and would be grateful if someone could help me out with it.

2023-03-20T16:32:00.59+00:00 I found that K drive is indeed C:\UserData but how exactly it was I don't know.
