All DPs failing after upgrade to SCCM 2203

After upgrade my SCCM CB from 2107 to 2203 (it is just one Stand Alone Primary with local SQL DB), everything is working fine but all my DPs stop working with this error msg:

====================

3/11/2023 4:36:00 PM

Failed to install distribution point

Distribution Manager failed to install distribution point ["Display=\ABC.COM"]MSWNET:["SMS_SITE=ST1"]\ABC.COM\ on computer ABC.COM.

Possible cause: Distribution Manager does not have sufficient rights to the computer.

Solution: Verify that the site server computer account is an administrator on the distribution point computer.

====================

The computer account for SCCM Server in the local Administrators groups in All DPs, and it was working very fine before the 2203 upgrade.

Please, any tips here?

    Hi, @Peter Haslow

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Here is a thread with the same issue, the OP fixed it by disable the AW Cortex:

    Has anyone found a real solution to this? I don't use the AV mentioned above and the steps suggested for Cortex makes no difference. No AV, no firewalls, a variety of admin accounts on the client running a fully updated Windows 10 or 11 doesn't change the behavior. I have parsed smsdpprov.mof on the client to no avail. Still getting the same incorrect error message about lacking permissions.

    I too need a solution to this same issue. My organization doesn't use Cortex or any other AV solution on the physical server. The logs are identical in the error we get and the behavior we are experiencing.

    My issue started on 9/23 and only affects one of 3 DP's. We have verified that no changes were done on the network, firewalls, and server OS patching were delayed. Also, we built new servers (OS upgrade in reality) last year to replace our old SCCM that was running for the last 5-6 years and we have been staying on top of patching SCCM at least every fall release as well as all hot fixes that are released in between.
