    Azure Firewall is a built-in auto-scaling firewall-as-a-service and gradually scales out when the average throughput or CPU consumption is at 60%. Scale out takes five to seven minutes

    it is not possible to scale manually

    Hi,

    Is there any specific reason why you would like to scale it manually rather than auto scale?

    currently, manual scaling is not supported and it would make sense to use auto scale which comes with Azure Firewall which can scale and support upto 100 Gbps. It will scale down when the traffic is low which saves you cost.
