AD and Exchange migration on the same domain (on-premise)

Next days, i will be participating on a AD and Exchange Server migration, on the same AD Domain. What would be the right order to execute the migration, AD migration first?, Exchange Server first?... We are still thinking about. I hope someone has been done this before and could make some suggestions.
