MS username was hacked

I have been trying to get someone from Microsoft to verify my account. My user name was hacked and changed and there is a ***.ru attached to account. I can get email but I do not who else can see it and I cannot access my onedrive - everything is closed boxes. I tried to reset my email but it says that it is already attached to this account or it does not exist. I have not been able to get anyone to verify my recovery form - not sure where the code is going. I even tried to have it sent to another email. I have had this account for years. How do I get my email back and access to my one-drive. The recovery form has been worthless and the chats have been worthless. How do I talk to a person?

The recovery form did not work because Microsoft says my email does not exist. I tried to reset and it says it is attached to another account. This has been extremely frustrating and now I cannot access documents or photos on my one drive.

Is there anyone to actually talk to about recovering my account?

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form

then "Windows", then underneath "home support" click on Get support in the Get Help Windows app
