Why can't I activate Windows 11 and it only lets me activate Windows 11 Pro?

I just got a new desktop and downloaded windows 11 with the installation assistant since I bought a Windows 11 product key to activate it but the only option that I am given is Windows 11 Pro and my activation key doesn't work for that.613fd4a858e2a83737340481f60e9976
