How to log in as a guest account

Question

Hello.

After I changed the PW of my account, I can't log in as a guest.

I'm a member of 2 teams(my company and our cooperator), so I can switch if I want.

But now, I can't log in and always showing the sentence that I attached.

I also tried to click the log out button and log in again but I can't!(always showing above pic.)

I already cleared the cache memory.

I only use this account, I don't have another account and this account is managed by our company.

How do I log in into the Teams,,,,:(

are you getting the same issue when connecting to Teams via the web app using an in-private session with for example Edge?

you can also ask your Teams Admin to run a diagnostic:

• Run Tests: Teams Sign-in
• In the Username or Email Address field, enter the email address of the user who's experiencing the Teams sign-in issue.
