How to delete a value entered on a picklist item in Azure DevOps work item.

Hi Community,
I am trying to delete a Picklist item from a field I have created in one of the work items in Azure DevOps, but I am unable to remove it. When I remove the value, it's not getting me the option to save it. Any help would be highly appreciated.
