Issue in viewing my MB-310 certificate in dashboard link under transcript Tab

Hi sir/mam,

 

This is to inform you that I am facing issue regarding my MB-310 certification under transcript tab from the below link. I have passed my MB-310 certification in Oct 26 2020. When I go into Microsoft dashboard website and login with credentials I am not able to view my MB-310 certification with details under transcript. Please find my below dashboard link. My humble request is could you please generate my MB-310 certificate under transcript tab in dashboard link as my certificate is not automatically generated.
