Hi

I would like to know supported License combination of Windows Server License and SQL Server License.

The bellow combination is supported on Azure ?

  1. Windows Server License BYOL + SQL Server License BYOL
  2. Windows Server License BYOL + SQL Server License Pay-as-you-go
  3. Windows Server License Pay-as-you-go + SQL Server License BYOL
  4. Windows Server License Pay-as-you-go + SQL Server License Pay-as-you-go
