Unable to see the "Overview" tab content. "We couldn’t reach the server, try again later. Contact support if the issue persists"

Hi! This happens since February and affect all subscriptions (other users can access the overview without any issue, i guess is something wrong about mi account). I tried clearin the cache of my web browser (chrome). I also tried from another computer (edge) but the error persists. I don't know how to proceed, help me please! Thanks!

    Hi,

    Can you try the same process in incognito browser mode or private mode? Also can you compare the roles assigned to your account and other accounts? Seems like proxy type issue affecting your user account, do you have any Firewall , proxy or any type of bandwidth optimiser, I will suggest you check the logs.
