Unable to change speech synthesis language;

I was trying to change change the speech synthesis language, replace en-us-JennyNeural with another en-UK or en-US, but failed with:

Speech synthesis canceled: CancellationReason.Error
Error details: Connection was closed by the remote host. Error code: 1007. Error details: Starting September 1st, 2021 standard voices will no longer be supported for new users. Please use n USP state: TurnStarted. Received audio size: 0 bytes.
Did you set the speech resource key and region values?

My region was set as eastus

How to slove this situation?
