How bandwidth is calculated

I see that the bandwidth requirement is 1.5mbps. If it is a user A in the organization, is the required bandwidth of 1.5 Mbps? Since there are other applications that consume bandwidth, how can you maintain the balance?

    If you want to ensure that Teams is receiving the proper bandwidth you will need physical network equipment that handles QoS (Quality-of-Service) and ensure that you prioritize Microsoft 365/Teams traffic (if you have bandwidth constraints).
