Me too! Cant even create a resource group.

Hello, I have a free subscription to Microsoft Azure and I have not been able to create my first resource, every time I add a new resource the web redirects me to the page of the following image.
If anyone knows about the problem, please reply, I appreciate it in advance

From the image you have provided, seems you are trying to create virtual machine. Can you please follow the steps mentioned in this document if you are trying to windows virtual machine and this document if you are trying to creating Linux VM? If you are facing the issues , kindly revert with the information at what point were you prompted with error.

2020-10-07T12:57:42.763+00:00 Hi yes, I was trying to create a virtual machine and every time I click the Add button it redirects me to the page in the image above.
It not only happens when I want to create a virtual machine, it also happens with any resource.
