Wha't the difference between this forum and the answers/community forum? I'm confused.

Between this forum, the community forum and the feedback forum none have a method to report bugs, but this one is called Q&A so perhaps this is where we report bugs. MS doesn't appear to have a Q&A cycle so I'm assuming this forum is to report issues with the design? Maybe we can start with the wildly confusing semantics?
