Between this forum, the community forum and the feedback forum none have a method to report bugs, but this one is called Q&A so perhaps this is where we report bugs. MS doesn't appear to have a Q&A cycle so I'm assuming this forum is to report issues with the design? Maybe we can start with the wildly confusing semantics?
These forums are geared towards IT pro/ business issues, not for product feedback. You can use the feedback hub to report issues.

Ah, so Q&A in a traditional sense. MS using any sort of established design cycle or correct semantics would be off-brand.
Forums post would just scroll off into the nether. So the feedback hub and or insiders forums will be your best bet.

Yeah. The problem with the feedback forum is that MS releases beta software instead of having a proper QA process so the feedback forum is not about design feedback at all. To be fair there's a lot of low-hanging-fruit design advice there too, but it's really sad because the product is so poorly designed that any really helpful or significant design feedback is basically useless becuase they're so bogged down including basic feature and fixing things that were cause by not designing it in the first place. At least here it's the actual developers so you're probably aware you don't have the design or QA support to release a quality product anyway.
