There was ongoing issue within West Europe for the Automation service. It should be resolved now. You can try to run your jobs manually or wait for the next schedule.
Summary of impact: Between 23:00 UTC on 06 Oct 2020 and 08:30 UTC on 07 Oct 2020, you were identified as a customer using Automation in West Europe who may have experienced intermittent issues with queued job requests or with issuing start operations in the Azure Portal. During this time, jobs may have been suspended. Other service management operations are not impacted.
Preliminary root cause: We determined that a recently introduced encryption backend service used to encrypt user data reached its operational threshold and that calls were getting throttled. This then caused a job backlog.
Mitigation: In order to mitigate impact, we directed encryption calls to an alternative encryption backend and optimized the backlog queue in order to flush jobs. Customers with stuck jobs may need to resubmit impacted jobs.
