Is it possible for a SP Admin to exclusively implement PIV login to certain SharePoint and other Websites that require user authentication for access for a company.

We are trying to implement PIV login to certain SharePoint site and other Websites that require user authentication for access for a company as SharePoint admin. Kindly advise if this is possible and what steps do we need to take to make this happen.
