I have a strange behavior on a table. My code is not validated in SSMS when writing. The statement works... I tried closing the work window, reconnecting, nothing always in RED. Does anyone have any ideas?

Does it help if you press <Ctrl+Shift+R> and wait few seconds?

I understand your feelings very well. Sometimes I get the same problem, and even though the query works fine, it shows a red squiggly line. This bothers me.

It's not SSMS that runs your queries, it's SQL Server. Just run the query, and if it works, just smile. Don't be a slave under this intlellinonsense. (I have it turned off. I just can't stand it.)
Hi Erland! You're right but I'm moving to SQL Server a long Sybase procedure... and it's very helpful when all the code rewritten are "green"... but it runs...
it's more a curiosity... on the first 1500 rewritten code line only this passage is red!
