    Hi @Ivy Jaca ,

    Welcome to our forum!'

As i know, the "Contact lists" and Local Folders feature are not available in New Outlook for Mac. Please be patient and wait for these features to arrive. I will notify you as soon as this feature is updated. Thank you for your understanding and support!

The new Outlook for Mac has a different interface and organization than previous versions, and some features may be located in different places. However, you should still be able to access your contacts.

To access your contacts in the new Outlook for Mac:

Open Outlook and click on the "People" icon in the bottom left corner of the window.

This will open your contacts in the main window. You can create new contacts, edit existing ones, and search for specific contacts using the search bar at the top.

If you are still having trouble accessing your contacts or would like to restore the "Contact List" or "On My Computer" folder (sometimes you may need to set showing hidden folders on your Mac manually), you may need to check your account settings or contact Microsoft support for assistance.
