We changed upn in on prem directory but that also changing smtp primary address? How it is possible?
Hi, that will happen if you have an email address policy:
Look through that doc and see if you have one set
Do you mean that other domain suffixes are automatically added to the domain that do not have an email address policy? The Exchange2019 documentation also applies to Exchange2016.
Yes .other domain suffix automatically adding .example , when user email is abc@contoso.com and upn is abc@contoso.com then if you change upn to abc@test.com ,your primary e-mail change yo abc@test.com
