Removing an old work organisation portal - mobile

I have recently left my previous workplace and used Teams and Authenticator, which is also used in this new workplace. My old Microsoft account on Teams is grayed out and I cannot remove it, and when I try to sign in on Teams mobile to my new account it automatically brings me to the old work portal so it's impossible for me to change accounts. My old work account is deactivated too so there's no way to sign in and change any settings from that end. Is there any way to remove my account entirely from Authenticator, and stop Teams automatically using the old organisation portal for login? Can I please get help for both Desktop and Mobile Apps. Thanks.

Try removing the account from the device. On my android phone this would be in Settings\Passwords & accounts
