You may want to talk to your IT dept. Its possible they have enabled some policy that required MFA every time or at least they can look through the Azure sign in logs

Today my Outlook and Teams started requiring a verification every time I open them (even if I'm already signed in and have indicated to stay signed in)
Is there a way to turn this off? I'm a single account user. No one else uses my account. Having to enter a code every time I sign in to a Microsoft 365 app is a real hassle.
