Phone activation of Microsoft products via powershell

Is there any script for telephone activation of Microsoft products, for example (microsoft office) in automatic mode via powershell? For example, the auto call script

I am afraid that Phone activation requires user inputs in IVR so that may be not possible using Phone activation.
