Logic App is triggering from MS Forms but not running (When a new response is submitted)

Hello,

I have a logic app that takes responses from a Microsoft Forms to a Sharepoint List that been working for months but we needed to replace the form ID with other because a new form is being used. My logic app manages to trigger successfully but it is not running when I submit the form. There's nothing showing up under the run history. I tried to...

Turn the workflow off and on.
Restart the logic app
Disconnect and reconnect the embedded connection
Remake the logic app
Check the Resource group Activity Log for any errors

without any success.

Please can anyone help, I have been struggling for a while now

@Sephiri Thanks for reaching out. When you mentioned that it triggers successfully than do you mean that you have manually triggered the flow, or was it triggered when the MS form was submitted? Have you reconfigured the trigger correctly? I will suggest you to reconfigure the trigger again and in case if you still face the issue then I can connect with you offline to review it.

Please confirm that the trigger is set on the correct form ID, and it is not still using the old form. If you cannot see the ID from the Designer you can try to go to the triggers section in the Code View.
