Hi @ Ajay ,
Based on my knowledge, there could be many possible causes, which could be related to the endpoint itself, network environment factors, or specific mailbox content.
If only a few mailboxes report errors, we recommend that you run data repair on their mailboxes before the next migration attempt and dump their information into a PST file to ensure that no errors occur.
You can choose the following ways to recover your mailbox:
- Use the New-MailboxRepairRequest command to repair the corrupted mailbox.
- Use the New-MoveRequest command to repair the corrupted mailbox. The corrupted mailbox is moved to a new database, which essentially creates a new mailbox that contains the data extracted from the corrupted mailbox. However, in this repair, you may lose data.
Additionally, it's a good option to export/import their email data from their on-premises mailbox to .pst file to the appropriate Office 365 mailbox.
To export/import .pst files, please refer to the following articles:
Export or backup email, contacts, and calendar to an Outlook .pst file (microsoft.com)
Import email, contacts, and calendar from an Outlook .pst file (microsoft.com)
