i can't use win+L to lock my laptop i tried to to change it in registry editor but it didnt work

If you have a Logitech gaming keyboard check that the game mode is inactive (there is a button on the keyboard with a joystick on it, it have to be deactivated)

Only Microsoft could make something so simple, so complicated. I reinstalled Windows 11 on my laptop, brand new installation. No gaming keyboard, no external keyboard. And yet now I have to troubleshoot a simple keyboard shortcut that doesn't work. Microsoft, fix your OS.

thank you for your answer but non of them work with me i find the problem but i don't know how to fix it.
in control panel \ power setting the lock is off and i can't change it even thou i'm the administrator it tell me that (some of these settings are managed by your administrator )
