Are Work Folders fully supported on Windows 11?

Question

Currently we use Work Folders for our laptop users to have a sync when they are off-site.

With a rolling replacement we have gained two new laptops (Latitude 5530) both of which are currently running Windows 11, with initial testing it seemed that all our in house programs and assorted applications work fine with this however work folders will refuse to Sync at all.

Any advice on what could be causing this?
