can not gain access to my MS account

Good day

My name is Mayibuye Melane, government ID no: xxxxxxxxx from South Africa. Today the 14/03/2023 I wrote and passed MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals), My Candidate ID is MS0994678287, Site Number: 66397 and registration is 443364235.

I have been trying to access my MS account so that i can manage my Certificates and badges to no success. It keeps say "We couldn't find an account with that username. Try another, or get a new Microsoft account." whereas this is the same email address i had used to book for my exam and is the same email address that PeasonVue confirmation emails have been sent to and the same email address that Microsoft sent me a congratulatory message after i had passed my exam.

The email address at question is I would like to download my certification and also would like to know as to when am i going to receive the original hard copy from you.
